Complete the online Provisional Booking Form. This will provisionally book your date which will only be held for 14 days.
Read Terms and Conditions of hire by clicking here.
Please then print the booking form by clicking here. read the terms and conditions and fill it in.
Complete and sign the Booking Form and send to the booking clerk together with appropriate deposit to the address given on the form.
Confirmation of booking and details of access to the hall will be emailed or telephoned before the booking date.
If the use of the music system is required please sign and submit the music system contract when sending in the Booking Form. This contract can be found by clicking here.
Alternatively you can ring the booking clerk on 01823 698046 to check date availability and make a provisional booking which will be held for 14 days and confirmed upon receipt of a completed and signed Booking Form and deposit.
The Committee agreed that the following charges should take effect from 1st July 2011 but may be subject to change at the Committee’s discretion 1st July 2011::
